E-Statements

What is an E-Statement?

An E-Statement is just like your monthly and quarterly statement except that, instead of receiving it via "snail" mail you receive it via email. Better yet, it is much safer than standard mail because it is password protected and is accessed through a secure website. From there you can view it, print it or even save it to a disk.

Five great reasons to use E-Statements:

  1. Your E-Statement will arrive on the evening of the last day of the month. That's 4 to 7 days sooner than mailed statements

  2. You can print out your statement so you can still have a hardcopy

  3. You can save it to disk for electronic record keeping

  4. A regular mailed statement is susceptible to theft. An E-Statement goes directly to your inbox and is password protected

  5. You can access your current and past E-Statements through our E-Teller service. This means that you can view your E-Statement from any location that has internet access. Just login to your online account and click on 'E-Statements'

How do I sign up for E-Statements?

Go to E-Teller Web Services, click Online Forms, then choose E*Statements. Type in your account number and password and click Continue. Now change Mailed Statement to Email Statement, and then type in your email address. (To add more email addresses to the list call (800)533-8396). Click the "Request Statements" button. Your next statement will now be arriving by email.

Tips: Make sure that your email account is not over its storage limit during the end of the month. This could prevent GNWFCU email from reaching your inbox. Also if you do not receive your E-Statement after signing up for the service make sure it has not been filtered out by a junk mail filter. You may need to contact your Internet Service Provider regarding this.
