E-Teller Troubleshooting

E-Teller will not accept my password.

  1. In your browser window (ex. Internet Explorer) go to Tools > Internet Options
  2. Click Delete Cookies
  3. When that is finished click Delete Files
  4. When that is finished click Clear History

While you are clearing these say Yes or OK to any questions that it asks you. Now try logging into E-Teller.

I forgot my password. Now what?

If you have a Password Prompt setup to retrieve your password click on 'Forgot your password' at the login prompt. Type in the answer to your predetermined question and your password will immediately be sent to your email address. If you have not setup a security question you can set this up by logging into your account and clicking Member Options. Click Password Prompt and then enter in the information.

If you do not have a Password Prompt setup, call our phone center at 533-9990 or 800-533-8396. A member service representative will reset your password. When you login with the temporary password you will be prompted to change it.

I am getting "Page Cannot Be Displayed"

When I'm in E-Teller I have to scroll back and forth to see the whole screen.

For E-Teller and most other websites it is recommended that you change your screen resolution to 1024x768 or higher.

(The following steps are for MS Windows users. For MAC instructions see Tips for MAC Users below):

  1. On your desktop (main computer screen) right-click your mouse
  2. Choose Properties
  3. Choose the Settings tab
  4. Change your screen area to 1024x768
  5. Click OK
  6. Click Yes to keep these changes.
  7. You may need to adjust your monitor settings (using the buttons on your physical monitor) to fit the screen to your monitor.

If you feel that the text is too small for you:

  1. On your desktop right-click your mouse
  2. Choose Properties
  3. Choose the Appearance tab
  4. From here you can make changes to the appearance of any area of your computer including increasing the font size.

When I get out of my account and then try to log back in it locks me out.

When logging out of E-Teller be sure to click Sign Out at the top of the screen. This will ensure that you can return immediately to your account if you wish to do so. Otherwise you will have to wait 20 minutes to re-login to your account.

How do I cross transfer funds between accounts?

When you login to E-Teller click X Transfer on the left side. Now you can choose the suffix and account you want to transfer from and to. Note: Both accounts need to be setup for cross account transfers. For more information on doing this contact your credit union.
