eStatements

What is an eStatement?

An eStatement is just like your monthly and quarterly statement except that, instead of receiving it via “snail” mail you receive it via email. Better yet, it is much safer than standard mail because it is password protected and is accessed through a secure website. From there you can view it, print it or even save it.

Five great reasons to use eStatements.

  • Your eStatement will arrive on the first day of the month. That’s 4 to 7 days sooner than mailed statements.
  • You can print out your statement so you can still have a hardcopy.
  • You can save it for electronic record keeping.
  • A regular mailed statement is susceptible to theft. An eStatement goes directly to your inbox and is password protected.
  • You can access your current and past eStatements through our eTeller service.
This means that you can view your eStatement from any location that has internet access. Just log in to your online account and click on eStatements.

How do I sign up for eStatements?

In order to be eligible for eStatements, you must first sign up for eTeller. To sign up for eTeller click here or call 800-533-8396 to have a Member Service Representative activate your account.

  5. Click Sign Up

One last set of steps (Almost there!)

If there is a yes in the confirmed box next to the email you selected to get eStatement you are finished! If there is a “Send confirmation number” message please continue

  1. Click the send confirmation number link
  2. This will send you an email with a confirmation number. Please open your email at this time and write down or copy the number.
  3. Type or paste the confirmation number into the confirmation number box

Tips: Make sure that your email account is not over its storage limit during the end of the month. This could prevent GNWFCU email from reaching your inbox. You may need to contact your Internet Service Provider regarding this.
