Branch Lobbies to Re-Open

Our branch lobbies (with the exception of Chehalis-Walmart) have been closed since mid-March in response to the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic. With the Governor now lifting some restrictions and working to re-open some businesses, we have decided to re-open our branch lobbies starting tomorrow.

While your credit union has been hard at work during the lobby closure, we have taken steps to ensure a safe, clean environment for our members at our branch locations. We will be open, but with limited access only at this time. We will be practicing social-distancing guidelines as established by the CDC and will continue to clean, sanitize and limit interactions, as necessary.

We will still remain operating via Drive-Thru only on Saturdays until further notice, at our Aberdeen, Raymond and Long Beach locations. Branch hours will remain the same.

    • Saturday- 9am - 1pm - Drive Thru Only

  • Raymond: M-Thursday 9am - 5:30pm; Friday 9am - 6pm - Lobby and Drive Thru

    • Saturday - 9am - 1pm - Drive Thru Only

  • Long Beach: M-Thursday 9am - 5:30pm; Friday 9am - 6pm - Lobby and Drive Thru

    • Saturday - 9am - 1pm - Drive Thru Only

  • Ocean Park: M-Thursday 9am - 5:30pm; Friday 9am - 6pm - Lobby and Drive Thru

    • Saturday - Closed

  • Chehalis: M-F 10am - 5pm Lobby Only

    • Saturday 10am - 2pm Lobby Only

How are we staying safe?

Staff members will be using face masks, sanitizing high-touch areas frequently and plexiglass has been installed at teller stations. We are also practicing social distancing guidelines and will allow a limited number of members into the branch at at time. The number of members allowed inside will differ per location to ensure appropriate distancing.

Do you need to wear a mask?

No, at this time, we are not requiring a mask for entry. That is your prerogative. If you do wear a mask into our branch, please note that we may ask you to pull the mask down momentarily to be captured on our camera system for security purposes. You may also be asked again at the teller window for proper identification.
