“I started at the credit union when I was 19. I started as a teller with minimal experience with cash or in a financial environment. I quickly grasped the tools to learn basic skills that excelled me through various parts of the CU, I was promoted from a teller to a phone MSR, then moved into our Retirement & Investment Services program as a part-time assistant for our Financial Advisor, which opened the door to the Mortgage world where I took the opportunity as a mortgage assistant. The people surrounding me pushed me to put my best foot forward and take the leap to find where I will succeed the best. Without starting at entry-level I would not be able to be as advanced as I am today in my current position.” -Jordan Johnson, Mortgage Assistant
