Website Enhancement
We are in the process of changing website vendors. All the current functionality and capabilities of our site will remain the same. Links and pages may move around and if you have pages marked as “favorite” you may need to update the link after go-live.
This change does not affect your online or mobile banking.
1. Why is the website changing?
We’re upgrading to a new website platform to provide a better, faster, and more user-friendly experience for our members. The new site will have comprehensive tools and robust accessibility our current site does not.
2. When will the new website launch?
Our new site is scheduled to launch at the beginning of June. Exact date is TBD.
3. Will my login for online banking change?
No. Your online banking login information will remain the same. You’ll still access it securely through the new site.
4. Will online banking look different?
No, your online banking platform and mobile app will stay the same. Only the public-facing website is changing.
5. Will my bookmarks still work?
Some bookmarks may no longer work after the upgrade. We recommend updating any saved links once the new site launches.
6. Is the new website secure?
Yes. Security remains our top priority. The new site is built with the latest technology and security standards.
7. What improvements can I expect?
You’ll notice easier navigation, faster load times, a mobile-friendly design, and improved access to tools and information.
8. Will I still find the same information on the new site?
Yes! All your favorite resources—like branch hours, rates, calculators, and contact info—will still be there, just easier to find.
9. What should I do if I have trouble using the new site?

10. Will there be downtime during the transition?
We do not expect any disruption to online banking or other services during the upgrade.
