Fraudulent Dispute

You need to file a Fraudulent Dispute Form. 

If you have not already done so, block your card immediately to prevent further fraudulent activity and limit your liability. You may block your card 24/7 in Online or Mobile Banking or by calling 1-877-745-4582.

Contact Merchant

You need to attempt to resolve this issue with the merchant before filing a dispute. 

Visa regulations require cardholders to make a good faith attempt to resolve issues before filing a dispute. If you are unable to contact the merchant or the merchant is unable to resolve the issue, you may move forward with a dispute. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us by texting or calling 360-533-9990.
