Using your debit card, you can make a deposit at any deposit-taking ATM in our network. Visit our ATM locator map to view ATMs within our network.

The documentation needed varies depending on account type. At a minimum, we require a valid ID, proof of address and your SSN or ITIN. Additional documentation is required for different account types. Reach out to us directly and we can provide the list of needed items for the account type you are interested in. 

ISA stands for International Service Assessment. When a transaction originates from outside of the US, a fee is charged to the transaction to convert the funds to dollars. This is a pass through fee that is 2% of the transaction amount.

After 2 years of inactivity, your account will become dormant. You can contact us or stop by your local branch to  check your account status or reactivate a dormant account.

Dividends are posted automatically on the last day of every month. This will reflect on the statement which you will receive the following month.
