Youth members may add a checking account and a debit card at age 15+ with a parent/guardian. Minors under age 15 are not eligible for card services.
Yes, you can use your debit card outside the United States. However, please note that when a transaction originates from outside the US, an International Service Assessment (ISA) fee is charged to convert the funds to dollars. This fee is 2% of the transaction amount.
We charge $.50 per transaction for non-proprietary ATM withdrawals. We participate in a nationwide network of ATMs where you can make withdrawals for free. We also refund ATM fees monthly on qualifying Great Perks and Great Advantage Accounts.

Funds deposited using the ATM will generally be made available in two business days from the day of deposit. However, the Credit Union may make such funds available sooner or later based on factors such as creditworthiness, the length and extent of your relationship with the Credit Union, transaction and experience information, and other relevant factors.
There is no charge for making a purchase with your debit card.
Your initial debit card is free, with free replacement every 3 years when it expires. Excessive card orders will result in a replacement card fee. Visit our disclosures page to view our Fee Schedule for the current replacement card fee amount.
For security purposes, a daily limit applies to both ATM withdrawals and POS (point of sale) transactions. The daily ATM withdrawal limit is $505, POS is $5,000. If you need to increase this limit temporarily to accommodate a large purchase or withdrawal - contact us.
We have several ATMs which utilize the following networks: MAP Network, Culiance and Alliance One. MAP is our deposit network. If your card has MAP Network, you can make deposits at our ATMs.

If the charge was completed with a debit or credit card, you'll need to block the card as soon as possible. You may block your card 24/7 within online or mobile banking, or by calling 1-877-745-4582. During business hours, you can contact us directly. Once the card is blocked, you can complete a fraudulent dispute by accessing the support channel in your online or mobile banking account.
If the charge that cleared your account was completed with your routing and account number, you will need to contact us directly to secure your account and complete a fraudulent dispute.

During business hours, you can contact us directly to block your card. Please note, once the card is blocked through these channels, it is not automatically reordered. You will need to contact the credit union to request a replacement.
CVV is card verification value. It is a three-digit security code on the back of your card. It is an additional layer of security often used in over the phone or internet transactions.
