Without Courtesy Pay, transactions will be declined and a fee imposed for returning the transaction. Yes, you can use your debit card outside the United States. However, please note that when a transaction originates from outside the US, an International Service Assessment (ISA) fee is charged to convert the funds to dollars. This fee is 2% of the transaction amount.
We charge $.50 per transaction for non-proprietary ATM withdrawals. We participate in a nationwide network of ATMs where you can make withdrawals for free. We also refund ATM fees monthly on qualifying Great Perks and Great Advantage Accounts.
There is no charge for making a purchase with your debit card.

If you see this in your account history, it means that a check you deposited was returned due to non-sufficient funds (NSF) in the account it was drawn from. You will want to reach out to the person or company who wrote the check to you to inquire further.

If you are not enrolled in Courtesy Pay and a transaction attempts to clear your account with insufficient funds, you will be charged a Return Item Fee and the transaction will be declined.
